Tama, firstly I want to thank you and all the team for an amazing job done! Henry and his team are such lovely people and did everything they could to help us. At times it all felt overwhelming but the team always came up with a solution. Please thank Henry, and his crew Hemi and Chevy. FIL just helped us move 300 of our Christchurch staff to a new premises. I cannot speak highly enough of the FIL team who managed the whole task, end-to-end. Glenn was absolutely amazing, great to communicate with and he had endless patience with me! He made the whole process very easy. I have worked with several moving companies in the past, and FIL is in a completely different league. They didn’t just dump everything and run, they made sure that everything was in the correct place and was looking as neat and tidy as possible, which made such a difference.
When Glenn and his team started on Friday, I did not believe that they could possibly finish by Saturday. The task just seemed too huge. However, they tackled it like pros and of course nailed the deadline.
Not only did they all work hard, but the boys were very polite to myself and any staff member they came in contact with. Nothing was too much for them.
Can I please express my gratitude to your guys … they were awesome, in fact just down-right amazing. They didn’t mind us changing our minds as we were winging it, and they were also funny, polite, and so well-organised, a pleasure to watch.
